  • No. NXTMUN welcomes both first-time delegates and seasoned ones. Committees are scaled across difficulty levels — beginner-friendly bodies are clearly marked during portfolio assignment.

  • Conference materials, delegate badge, committee packets, two days of catered meals and refreshments, certificate of participation, and access to all sessions, ceremonies, and socials.

  • Edition 001 takes place 19–20 June in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The exact venue is shared with confirmed delegates two weeks before opening.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Portfolio and committee assignments are sent out roughly one month before the conference, alongside study guides and preparatory materials.

  • Application fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the case of conference cancellation by the secretariat. Withdrawals before portfolio assignment may be eligible for partial credit toward Edition 002.

  • Yes. Reach out to pr@nxtmun.com with your delegation size and we'll coordinate group applications and committee placements where possible.
